With this fact in mind, we at Horizon Academy have provided the students a proper structured school system with values which contribute to the development of the society.
Formulating and executing the policies properly leads to the efficient functioning of the system. Transparency, accountability, integrity and responsibility are the noteworthy features of the efficient management of the school.
We encourage effective communication and dialogue between parents and teachers to better understand the needs, abilities and aspirations of their wards. We do not advertise as a school, instead let your students be our brand ambassadors. We encourage students to follow their dreams, enjoy what they do to deliver their passion. We try finding areas throughout the curriculum where we can apply teaching concepts related to sustainable living and build on those. To ensure that we are building culturally tolerant, socially responsible, environmentally conscious, morally astute and ethically upright citizens. we must strengthen the students' engagement with society.

The school believes that an organization will always grow as much as its people grow...hence due care is taken that every staff member is given enough resources, encouragement and scope for personal growth and exploration and to realize their true potential.
Every individual who works under the umbrella of Horizon Academy is upgraded in all possible ways. The teaching staff works in harmony with the co-ordinators and the head of departments. Regular HOD meets encourage teachers to inculcate innovative methods in their teaching-learning process. In-house trainings for making teachers techno-savvy, spoken & written skills of languages and developing their soft skills through demos & presentations are conducted time to time. Digital classes training, vocabulary development training, guest lectures, field visits are various types of in-house up-gradations.
Staff members including the Principals enthusiastically participate in various workshops, seminars and cell meets locally and outside town, like those conducted by the Education Department, CISCE, Association of Nashik Schools, Maratha Vidya Prasarak Samaj, Association of ICSE Schools, Mumbai where teachers get an opportunity to interact with international as well as national trainers. Apart from Nashik, teachers attend trainings of various subjects at Delhi, Mumbai, Aurangabad, Vapi, Kolkata, Lucknow etc.
For newly recruited staff members a special Induction Programme with workshops is arranged every year. All heads of departments share their own experience & discuss about new methods & techniques for teaching their respective subjects. Along with subject knowledge; personality development, classroom management, work-culture, interpersonal relationships with colleagues, are some of the areas in which a staff member is groomed. Teachers also give lesson demos using multi-media and teaching aids. The teacher development programme "Anubhuti", wherein teachers conduct presentations on various subjects is extremely popular among staff.
Sevikas, drivers, cleaners are also encouraged and given opportunities for personal growth. Their counselling sessions and meetings are held regularly. They are also felicitated annunally.

Horizon Academy Educators win Award of Tata ClassEdge
Educators of the school, Mrs. Gayatri Thakur & Ms. Vibhavari Deshmukh were the winners at the National Level Tata ClassEdge Classroom Championship over 2 years. Tata Interactive systems organise a ‘Class Edge Classroom Champion’ competition every year for adjudging effective users of Tata Class Edge from various schools of India. Gayatri & Vibhavari stood first & third respectively over the past 2 academic years among 2,500 teachers from 350 schools across India. They were each awarded a trophy, certificate and a cash prize of Rs. 50,000/- & Rs. 20,000/- respectively in a glittering ceremony at Bombay House, Mumbai.
Association of Nashik Schools - Teacher’s Felicitation
The Association of Nashik Schools organized an award ceremony at Fravashi Academy for teachers, who have had a long term association with various schools in Nashik,. The teachers were felicitated by the Chief Guests, District Collector B Radhakrishnan and Police Commissioner Dr. Ravindra Singal. Mrs. Rohini Ghanwatkar, Mrs. Shamin Kurian, Mrs. Deepti Patel & Mrs. Malika Nasikwala were the awardees from Horizon Academy.
